UUCMS (Unified University & College Management System) ಅನ್ನುವುದು Karnataka ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಬಳಸುವ ಒಂದು centralized online portal. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ exam application, fee payment, results, marks card, admission details, semester notifications ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲೇ ನೋಡಬಹುದು.
ಹಿಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ exam fee ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ line ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ, UUCMS website ಮೂಲಕ ನೀವು mobile ಅಥವಾ laptop ಬಳಸಿ ಮನೆಯಿಂದಲೇ exam fee online ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ blog ನಲ್ಲಿ, step-by-step, screenshot clarity level ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ easily understand ಆಗುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
UUCMS EXAM FEE PAYMENT PROCESS
STEP 1: UUCMS Official Website Open ಮಾಡುವುದು
1.ನಿಮ್ಮ Mobile / Laptop ನಲ್ಲಿ Chrome browser open ಮಾಡಿ ( ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ desktop site on ಆನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ process ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಬ್ಲಮ್ ಆಗಬಹುದು)
2.Search bar ನಲ್ಲಿ “UUCMS” ಎಂದು type ಮಾಡಿ
3.List ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ websites ನೋಡಬಹುದು – ಆದರೆ ನೀವು official UUCMS website select ಮಾಡಬೇಕು
4.Website open ಆದ ನಂತರ homepage display ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ
Students ಬಹುಸಾರಿಗೆ wrong unofficial links open ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದರಿಂದ login error ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ official government URL ಮಾತ್ರ open ಮಾಡಿ.
STEP 2: ನಿಮ್ಮ UUCMS Account ಗೆ Login ಆಗುವುದು
Exam fee ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಮೊದಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ UUCMS student portal ಗೆ login ಆಗಬೇಕು.
Register Number:- ನೀವಿರುವ University ನೀಡಿರುವ student registration number
Password:- ನೀವು create ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಥವಾ college ನೀಡಿದ password
Captcha:- Screen ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸುವ security code
Login Steps:
1️⃣ Homepage ನಲ್ಲಿ Login button ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ
2️⃣ “Student Login” select ಮಾಡಿ
3️⃣ Registration Number enter ಮಾಡಿ
4️⃣ Password enter ಮಾಡಿ
5️⃣ Captcha code type ಮಾಡಿ
6️⃣ Login button ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ
If password forgot ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ, "Forgot Password" ಮೂಲಕ reset ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
STEP 3: Exam Application Section ಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದು
Login ಆದ ನಂತರ main dashboard open ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.ಅಲ್ಲಿ left side ಅಥವಾ top side ನಲ್ಲಿ 3 lines (menu icon) ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ.

Exam Application :- Exam-related features
Exam Notifications :- ಎಲ್ಲಾ semester exam notification list
Result Section :- Completed semester results
Process:
1️⃣ Three Lines ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ
2️⃣ Menu open ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ
3️⃣ ಅಲ್ಲಿ Exam Application ಎಂದು option ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ
4️⃣ ಅದನ್ನು click ಮಾಡಿ
5️⃣ ಮತ್ತೆ Exam Application option open ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ
6️⃣ ಇದೀಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ semester-wise exam notification list ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆ
7️⃣ ಯಾವ semester ಗೆ ನೀವು exam fee pay ಮಾಡ್ಬೇಕೊ, ಅದರ ಮುಂದೆ ಇರುವ Notification button ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಬೇಕು
ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ನೀವು previous semesters results ಕೂಡ ನೋಡಬಹುದು.
STEP 4: Exam Notification Open ಮಾಡಿ Details ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದು
ನೀವು payment ಮಾಡಲು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ semester ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ Notification ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ complete exam form open ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೆಳಗಿನ details ಕಾಣುತ್ತವೆ:
Student Name :- ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು
Register Number :- ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ನಂಬರ್
Course :- B.A /M.A/ B.Com /M.Com/ B.Sc /M.sc/BBA/MBA / BCA…
Semester :- ಯಾವ semester ಗೆ fee pay ಮಾಡ್ತಿರೋದು
Subjects :- ನಿಮ್ಮ subject list
Fee Category :- Regular / Backlog / Repeaters
Total Fee :- Pay ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಮೊತ್ತ
ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ data ಸರಿಯಾಗಿದೆಯಾ ಎಂದು ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿ complete ಆಗಿ ನೋಡಿ.ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದರೆ immediately ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜು contact ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
Notification page ಕೆಳಗೆ “PAY” ಎಂಬ button ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ.
1️⃣ “PAY” ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ
2️⃣ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ Yes / No confirmation pop-up ಬರುತ್ತದೆ
3️⃣ ಇಲ್ಲಿ YES ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ
ಈಗ payment gateway open ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
STEP 5: Exam Fee Amount ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ & Payment Confirmation
YES ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ next screen open ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ data ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ:
Fee Amount :- Exam fee total amount (example: ₹560, ₹750, etc.)
University Charges :- Digital transaction charges ಇರಬಹುದು
Payment Button :- "PAY NOW" option
ಎಲ್ಲ details once check ಮಾಡಿ.
ಆಯ್ತು ಎಂದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುವ PAY NOW ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ.
ಇದೀಗ ನೀವು direct payment gateway ಗೆ ಹೋಗ್ತೀರಾ.
STEP 6: Payment Mode ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ Fee ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು
Payment gateway open ಆದ ಮೇಲೆ, ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ payment method select ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ 4 methods ಇರುತ್ತವೆ:
UPI :- PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm ಮೂಲಕ pay ಮಾಡಬಹುದು
Debit Card :- Rupay / Visa / MasterCard ಮೂಲಕ
Credit Card :- All major credit cards
Net Banking :- ಯಾವುದೇ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ net banking
👉 ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು UPI method ಬಳಸುವುದಾಗಿ assume ಮಾಡೋಣ.
UPI Payment ಮಾಡುವ Steps
1️⃣ Payment mode ನಲ್ಲಿ UPI select ಮಾಡಿ
2️⃣ ಕೆಳಗಿನ box ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ UPI ID enter ಮಾಡಿ

3️⃣ ನಂತರ PAY NOW ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ
4️⃣ ಈಗ ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಂದು new page open ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ
5️⃣ Screen ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರ್ತದೆ →
“Please complete the payment within 5 minutes”
ಇದರರ್ಥ –
ನೀವು ಈಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm app open ಮಾಡಿ, payment request approve ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

– Just refresh your UPI app
– Or open “Pending Requests” section
6️⃣ Payment complete ಆದ ಮೇಲೆ
✔️ "Payment Successful"
✔️ Transaction ID
✔️ Redirecting to UUCMS
ಈ messages ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
ಈಗ ನೀವು successfully exam fee pay ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
STEP 7: Payment Successfully ಆಗಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು Confirm ಮಾಡುವುದು
Exam fee ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ,password screenನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ “Payment Successful” ಎಂದು ಬಂದರೂ, ಇನ್ನೂ once confirm ಮಾಡುವುದು necessary.
How to Confirm Payment?
1.ಮತ್ತೆ UUCMS portal ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ
2.Student Login page ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ login ಆಗಿ
3.ಮೂರು ಗ್ರೀ ಲೈನ್ಸ್ (Menu) ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಿ
4.Exam Application → Exam Application (second option) open ಮಾಡಿ
5.ನೀವು fee pay ಮಾಡಿದ semester ನಲ್ಲಿ Notification open ಮಾಡಿ
6.ಇಲ್ಲಿ status “PAID / PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL” ಎಂದು ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ page ನ ಕೆಳಗೆ Receipt / Acknowledgement Download option ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು click ಮಾಡಿ PDF format ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ payment receipt download ಮಾಡಿ.ಈ Receipt ನನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ submit ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
KEY POINTS (Very Important for Students)
- Official UUCMS website ಮಾತ್ರ open ಮಾಡಬೇಕು
- Payment ಮಾಡುವಾಗ browser close ಮಾಡಬಾರದು
- UPI request approve ಮಾಡಲು maximum 5 minutes
- Payment pending ಆದರೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಬಾರಿ pay ಮಾಡಬಾರದು
- Receipt download ಮಾಡಿ safe place ನಲ್ಲಿ save ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು
- Semester select ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಬಾರದು

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions (Most Important)
1. UUCMSನಲ್ಲಿ payment pending ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸಿದರೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು?
→ 30 minutes wait ಮಾಡಿ. ( Time ಇದ್ದರೆ 1 to 2 days wait ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೌಂಟ್ ಕಟ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ.)
→ Pending ಇದ್ದರೂ two payments ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ.
2. Payment successful ಆದರೂ receipt download ಆಗದಿದ್ದರೆ?
→ ಮತ್ತೆ login ಆಗಿ → Exam Application → Notification open ಮಾಡಿ.
→ Receipt option ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ.
3. Payment ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ page crash ಆದರೆ?
→ Payment history check ಮಾಡಿ.
→ Amount deduct ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ 10–15 mins or 24 hours ನಂತರ status update ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
4. Wrong semester ಗೆ payment ಮಾಡಿದರೆ refund ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ?
→ ಇಲ್ಲ.
University refund ಕೊಡೋದಿಲ್ಲ. Carefully semester select ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
5. UPI request mobile ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ?
→ UPI app open ಮಾಡಿ → Notifications / Pending Requests check ಮಾಡಿ.
6. Password ಮರೆತಿದ್ದರೆ?
→ Login page ನಲ್ಲಿ Forgot Password option ಇದೆ.
→ Register Number + DOB ಬಳಸಿ reset ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
